M5 Junction 21, take A370 towards Weston-super-Mare, continue to follow towards town centre. At double mini- roundabout, take 2nd exit then 1st exit onto Oxford Street. At the end turn left onto Beach Road. Turn left onto Carlton Street. Hotel is situated on the left. Chargeable off-site parking is available nearby at Carlton Street car park at 12GBP per 24 hours or 6GBP overnight between 5pm-10.30am

"Probably the most disappointing premier I have stayed in.stayed in."
Disappointing. No air conditioning made the room hot and humid. Very uncomfortable. Unable to open the window. Although staff were informed and friendly, promised to sort it out, didn't.

Started off fine, nice room, friendly staff and good food, bedtime was awful, kept awake all night by a noisy ceiling vent.

Everything was excellent bed room breakfast was amazing can't wait to go again right on the seafront we had an amazing view and the lady on reception was lovely

Great hotel with lovely staff from Reception to bar and breakfast all absolutely lovely. This is the second time we’ve stayed and both times were spot on. Great food served in the restaurant for dinner & breakfast. Rooms clean and comfortable beds.

Stayed here for 1 night to watch a show at the Weston Playhouse. Rooms are small but very clean. Beds are really comfortable, like a big fluffy cloud!. Paid for the all you can eat breakfast which was OK, nothing special but plenty of choice. Had food in the arrached Beefeateron thr evening which was very nice and reasonably priced, two fish and chips with mushy peas £18. Staff freindly and helpful.
