Nice & clean on arrival. Friendly & helpful staff. Comfy bed & nice sized room, only down side was the temperature inside the bedrooms was too hot. No air conditioning (which we did know about prior to booking) but they did supply a fan which definitely took the edge off. Pub on site which was handy, we didn’t have any breakfast due to early start.

Been to loads of premier inn, worst one was Twickenham, no air con, fan going no sleep what so ever, came here, outside of nottingham, walked in room fan going, we went out came back 1st floor the heat hits you, no air con anywhere, not even in pub next door , no sun out so why so hot!!!!! Find another tbh with air con or pay extra, it wasn't cheap for normal room tbh!

Speedy and efficient checkin with the manager. Very happy. Lovely premier plus room with freebies! Nesspresso coffee pods, chocolates and chilled water in the fridge very good air con and lovely brand new rainforest shower. Comfy bed as always too

I love a Premier Inn in general, but Nottingham West was definitely one of the best. Their Premier Plus suites are absolutely gorgeous, and the Air Conditioning was a welcome extra in the heatwave! Staff were all so professional and friendly, and as a female solo traveller, the building felt secure with a key pass door to enter, and then one on each floor to the rooms, and finally the one to my room. It was clean even in the hallways, and there was ample free car parking.
