"A little tired but great breakfast"
Firstly the positives. Plenty of parking spaces, everything was clean. Breakfast was one of the best I've had at a hotel in a long time. Frindly helpful staff. The negatives were that the rooms are a little tired and not as nice as a lot of the premier inn rooms I've stayed in. Wsomee were aware there was no air con but it was very stuffy in the rooms but we did stay on one of the hottest days of the year. We arrived at 10pm and everything around was shut including the pub next door. (Sunday). We had to walk about half a mile to the nearest petrol station to get a drink and sandwich.
"To hot to sleep"
The hotel location was great the room was clean, we had to ask someone to come and clean the bathroom in my sons room because was all black stuff behind the taps, The worst part was there’s no air conditioning so the rooms were unbearable there is fans in the rooms but they just circulate the hot air.

All staff have been really helpful and nothing is too much. Allyson the chef is fantastic, lovely breakfast cooked to your preferences.

AVOID..... The worst nights sleep ever. This hotel has no air conditioning which didn't overly put me off. I made sure I packed a big fan to help keep us cool. However, the room temperature was 40'c ALL night. I booked 2 family rooms and we were on the top floor. One fan supplied in room and it was broken. The rooms never cooled at all overnight. We couldn't wait to leave. A little walk into the car park (to stem the flow of sweat!) We noticed and spoke to others who had retreated to their cars as they couldnt handle the heat in the rooms. And to top it off if you don't have a good night's sleep the heat of the room is not covered in their 'Good night Guarantee'. This is not a one night problem this would be a problem all summer so DON'T BOOK HERE unless you're not bothered about sleep or sweating!
