"Poor service"

Stayed for two nights. Electricity failed both mornings from 6am onwards for hours which also meant no water for washing, showers or to flush toilets. Also no breakfast available. Despite not being able to shower on either morning, I appreciate exceptional things happen. Spoke to Premier Inn customer service and not offered a refund or compensation desipte not having received the basic level of service one would expect of a hotel. Extremely unhappy and disappointed from national brand you would hope you can trust. They simply wanted to blame someone else and not take responsibility.

"Dirty duvet"

Disappointed The duvet was stained with makeup and not just in a hidden place, at the edge, obvious that the former guest used it and it wasn't cleaned afterwards. The bathroom towel was also not cleaned, there are dirts on it. Grateful that I went with a personal towel. Also, there is no telephone to reach out to the reception to complain or request for replacements. I would have complained at checkout but there was no one at the reception when I was leaving. This is terrible considering the price of the booking.
