"Terrible example of a premier inn"
Room 414. Tired, shabby and gloomy. Checked in the room and pubic hair stuck on the wall next to the toilet...nice! All the coat hanger were sticky - I had to was them before hanging clothes on them. Hotel reception, check-in technology not working, the lifts are in absolute state, like a building site and roasting hot, one of them out of service. There are nice premier inns for sure but this by far the worst one I've stayed in.
"Friendly staff"
Friendly staff at the desk Shannon was really helpful in getting the right buses around Nottingham room was lovely will definitely come back
"Despite roadworks enjoyed our stay"
Despite the roadworks outside the building we had a lovely time and the location was perfect for us the rooms were nice and the staff were lovely, would definitely come back
"Standards have dropped since my last stay"
I’ve stayed at this hotel several times it’s one of my favourites to stay when I’m in Nottingham. Great location and usually love the breakfast too. It was disappointing to find standards had dropped this time. There was only one bath towel in the room for two people and my friends was the same in their room too. We had only 3 hangers and 3 hangers were missing with just the hooks there. The worst thing was opening the kettle to find remnants of a browny liquid in there! I can only pray it was tea. Breakfast I might have been unlucky in arriving as there was a queue but sausages had ran out there was one fried egg left and only dregs of bacon left. I felt like it needed another cook behind there to help. Hopefully standards go back up for the next stay 🤞
"Good value hotel"
Good value for a hotel in Nottingham. Rooms spacious, clean and comfortable. Bathroom clean and the shower was good. Only stayed for one night and didn’t eat at the hotel but looked good. Easy walk to the Concert Hall and all the restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay again when visiting Nottingham.
