"Poor value for money"
Arrived in 30C heat - no air con - no fan - tap water just luke-warm - no bottled drinking water - no tissues - car parking charge of £5.50p per night. Sleep disturbed by lorry deliveries overnight - How can they justify charging £152 for the night just for a "tired" room and extra for a disappointing breakfast in the Brewers Fayre restaurant. I have stayed at hotels in city centres for less than this and they include breakfast !
"Excellent service and comfortable room"
The service provided by Libbie and Jane at the Front Desk made us feel warmly welcomed as soon as we walked in. They were so helpful and quickly checked us in with an early check-in which was great after a 3 hour drive. We had 2 family rooms and a quad which were very comfortable and roomy, and breakfast in the Beefeater in the morning was excellent. My children took full advantage of the ‘help yourself’ buffet and enjoyed a very tasty fry up! Will definitely return.

Receptionist team very friendly and very helpful. Room clean and very comfortable. Air con in the annex very acceptable. Plenty of parking. Busy as a wedding party staying but all staff calm and friendly.

Friendly reception staff on both shifts good location car parking (for a fee) and food available on site. Room fans need to be quieter and you should book the restaurant.
