I had a great experience due to the amazing staff, really what makes this place shine, dedicated, flexible, caring. My thanks to Dorota, Liam, Inga, Lauren, Esther, Louise and Yara. For making my stay confortavel and the assistance given. I will say the negative for me will be the heating system or should I say no heating system so very cold rooms in the winter.

This is the best hotel in Kettering. The rooms are spotless and beds are extremely comfortable. The staff at reception are always polite, helpful and always go above and beyond. Definitely would recommend.
