"Drew on reception top class"

Usual stuff you get from Premier Inn. Despite it being fairly busy it was quiet on a night. Petrol station, McDonald’s L, Greggs and Domino’s all within a literally one minute walk. Drew (I think was first class on reception) always greeting people as and when they left. I asked if they knew where I could get a phone charger locally and he lent me his for the two nights I was there to save me buying one. Very trusting and very appreciated. Handed it back in before I left. Small things like that are brilliant. Will stay here again when I’m next down this way.

This experience was nothing like the advert on TV. We arrived late at 1am,but there is 24 hour reception. We rang the bell 4 times and only got it when another guest arrived. The room was clean and spacious with the disabled access we requested. However, there was no heating in fact,it had been switched off. Clearly not been on for a while. We were freezing but nothing we could do. When I mentioned it on leaving, they virtually implied that it was my fault! I may not be there best customer but I was a customer, but will have to think carefully before using Premier Inn again.

Hotel description You won't be pressed to find things to do when you stay at Premier Inn Hotel Corby. We're right in the heart of the beautiful countryside of Welland Valley, with Rutland Water nearby, and there are some excellent transport links too. Follow the thrills and spills of two wheels at the Rockingham Motor Speedway. Or the elegance of four wheels at Rockingham's classic car rally every June. We'll make sure you have a great time, with attractions like the lively Corby Cube theatre nearby as well. Then turn the wheels homeward for a great meal at our Beefeater restaurant and extra-comfy kingsize bed.
