From A1074 go straight over traffic lights (Toys R Us) into St Benedict's Street OR From A147 (A140/A11) turn right at traffic lights (Toys R Us) into St Benedict's Street. At traffic lights, turn into Duke Street and use car parking facilities in St Andrews multi-storey car park immediately on the right.

Parking at Premier Inn Norwich City Centre (Duke Street) hotel

There is no on-site parking available on site, there are only two disabled parking bays at the side of the hotel.   

Chargeable off-site parking is available at St Andrews Multi-Storey Car Park (NR3 3AT) next to the hotel. Please note, we are on a one-way road with the car park being before the hotel and parking is extremley limited.

Car park rates are £2.00 per hour and over 5 hours is £10.00. Overnight charges will then be added on top, 6.30pm to 7am is £3.00.

"£5 review, big up Sarah and Emily on reception!"
We stayed at the duke street premier inn, from the minute we walked through the door we felt very welcomed like we were home! Sarah and Emily were very friendly, very professional and nothing was too much! They made our stay! The most lovely, down earth ladies ever! Thank you so much ladies! We will definitely be back! Also have to mention the BEDS 😍 not only are the comfiest but I can confirm they can withstand a lot of activity! 🤪

It’s just a 10 minutes walk into city, lovely staff if need help with anything. Beds were comfy and nice air con, food in evening was lovely aswell

The staff were very helpful and caring. Particularly Wendy in the restaurant serving breakfasts. She was happy and welcoming. Also the cleaner on the 3rd floor who found my phone charger and kept it safe for me. Had a good experience there and beds were extremely comfortable and rooms very clean. .
"Worst hotel ever, do not use this hotel!"
Absolutely awful, worst hotel we ever stayed in, £161 for a Tuesday evening! we have 2 small children and the hotel in general and the room was dirty, and we were given a room with no air conditioning! This was never told to us before we arrived! It was roasting hot and we could barely sleep all night, not very useful considering we were going on holiday the night day. Absolutely dreadful experience and the staff were incredibly unhelpful!
