Parking at

There is no on-site parking available on site, there are only two disabled parking bays at the side of the hotel.

Chargeable off-site parking is available at St Andrews Multi-Storey Car Park (NR3 3AT) next to the hotel. Please note, we are on a one-way road with the car park being before the hotel and parking is extremley limited.

Car park rates are from £2.30 per hour and over 5 hours is £11.00. Overnight charges will then be added on top, 6.30pm to 7am is £3.30.

Recently stayed at this premier inn was a very pleasant stay a very comfortable nights sleep, the staff were very friendly and helpful in particular Emily and Kyra done an amazing job will definitely be back in the future

"Great hotel, shame about the noise!"

We always stay at this premier inn when we go out for an evening in Norwich. It is so handy as you can walk to the city in minutes and it is good value for money. The check in was quick and the lady on reception was very friendly. I chose a premier plus room this time mainly because we have stayed on lower floors before and have always been woken up by lorries delivering and collecting and wheelie bins being dragged around the back of the hotel and as these rooms were on the top floor I thought it might be quieter but unfortunately we were woken up at 06:30 by lorries, bins and people shouting loudly which was not ideal especially as we did not need to get up until 08:30! The room was cosy and the bed was very comfortable, there were a couple of things in the room that I mentioned to reception, the hairdryer kept cutting out, the vanity mirror light did not work although this was not a huge issue and the bathroom mirror had not been cleaned properly because once steamed up from the shower showed someone had written a message on it! We also decided to stay for breakfast as we then only had to go downstairs once ready. We went for the full English breakfast option and went down around 9am, the hotel was obviously quieter than normal and the food had clearly been sitting under the heater for ages unfortunately all of food was luke warm which was not great especially when you are paying £10.99 per person, so that was a little bit disappointing. Also I do also wish they had a contract with St Andrews Car Park as the parking was £22 for a day. I will book here again but maybe ask for a room at the front of the hotel.
