Lovely staff on reception, friendly, polite, I was offered cake by Paula and Clare before I had signed in. Local for Liverpool town centre, breakfast is also good

On arrival to the hotel, very spacious car park, then once walking in to reception and meeting Paula and Mish a very welcoming reception and a very happy professional and helpful vibe and so welcoming and going the extra mile for our two homosexual colleagues with it being there one year anniversary of being together and they made them both feel extra special for there happy day, Paula and Mish was so helpful and made our day feel more like home after a long hard day working, I highly recommend this premier inn or any premier in That Paula and Mish work with in Regards Sam Parker
