"Brilliant hotel and restaurant"
Friendly hotel staff. Lovely room . A fan had been placed in the room as it was so hot. We ate at the hotel, Dispite the business of the restaurant the staff were polite, cheerful and very friendly. Great service. The food was very nice and freshly cooked. Beautifully presented. Would throughly recommend staying there
"Fabulous problem solving staff"
Booked a weekend stay and room was as expected with Premier Inns. What takes this trip to 5 stars, however, was my experience with the on-site staff, who were all really lovely and helpful. On my 2nd morning, the toilet in my room decided to not work properly (backing up & not flushing loo paper. At 06:30 in the morning! I made a trip down to reception in my PJs and the staff member was really lovely, kindly allowing me to use their staff loo and arranging for the housekeeper to look at it whilst I was out for the day (housekeeper too was lovely. Came back that evening to the issue resolved and a lovely note apologising for the problem and leaving me a tin of biscuits (they also refunded me one of my pre-paid breakfasts) as compensation. A huge thank you from me to Jemma and Sonia B for their help with this (if bosses are reading this, they're due a treat from you too, please!). Thanks for being awesome ladies!

Staff very pleasant and welcoming. Good food for breakfast. Clean room. Gave bottles of water for my journey home. Good service all round. No complaints.

Considering the price, it was a comfy bed, nice shower, nice staff and the breakfast was decent. If you just need somewhere good to sleep then it’s good value

Stayed here for 1 night on the 6th June. Family of 4. Good size room Lovely and clean. Great beds and pillows as always. Lovely cheerful.helpful staff. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that. Lots of shops nearby. We was on the ground floor facing carpark. We didn't experience any noise Would definitely stay here again!
