Directions:

From the South - From A34, enter the M40 ramp to The Midlands/Northampton / Banbury and merge onto the M40. Take the exit towards A43. Stay on A43 until you merge onto the M1. Keep on the M1 until J21a, then take the A46 ramp to Braunstone Frith/Kirby Muxlow/ B5380. Merge onto A46 and take the A607 ramp to Melton Mowbray. Continue on A607 to Wilton Road/A606. Keep right on the A607, turn left onto Snow Hill. Turn left onto Jubilee Street then the second right onto North Street and follow the road round. From Nottingham - Merge onto Clifton Blvd/A52. At the roundabout take 3rd exit onto Melton Rd/A606. Turn left onto A607 and then left onto Snow Hill. Turn left onto Jubilee Street and then the second right onto North Street and follow the road round.

There is limited free parking at this hotel which is allocated on a first come, first served basis. It is located around the back of the hotel LE13 1NA. Turn into Snow Hill and then take first left onto Jubilee Street. Take the second right onto North Street, and follow round to the left and into the Car Park.

"If you stay in Room 221, you may want to check the bathroom before settling in."
I stayed in Room 221 and was disappointed to be woken in the night by a strong sewage smell coming from the shower area. It was unpleasant and made it difficult to get back to sleep. Given the hour, I didn’t feel comfortable calling reception, and I didn’t bring it up at breakfast as I wasn’t sure what could be done after the fact. I submitted a complaint online once I got home, expecting the hotel to take it seriously. Instead, I was told it was dismissed because I hadn’t raised it during my stay. I understand it's easier to address issues in real time, but this response felt dismissive and unhelpful. This experience really took the shine off what otherwise was a decent stay. I hope the hotel takes feedback like this more seriously in future. Sadly, I will be staying elsewhere in future.

I sleep better in Premier Inns than my own bed! A/c worked brilliantly. Accessibility room could not have been better for my wife.

A lovely stay spoiled , due to a loud/ noisy group of adults and their children . Unable to dine peacefully so gave it a miss.

We had a great stay. The staff were amazing and very welcoming. I have a food allergy and can be made to feel difficult in some places. Not here, the front of house and kitchen could not have been better. Thank you Jackie and Matt for making my weekend more special. Overall a lovely clean and welcoming premier inn will be back .

We stayed here for 2 nights. The room was clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly and couldn't be more helpful when I lost my key. Restaurant was clean,with breakfast was cooked fresh on both days. We would differently come back without hesitation. Thanks Jackie and Matt for making our stayed very welcoming

Hotel description

Famous for its Melton Mowbray pork pies and Stilton cheese, this historic market town has much to tempt you. Explore the turrets and towers of Belvoir Castle and follow the winding Heritage Trail through the Vale. And, when you've worked up an appetite, try the local foods from artisan producers and enjoy an old-fashioned cream tea before heading back to our Premier Inn Melton Mowbray with our onsite restaurant, and a great night's sleep.
