"Never again"
Unfortunately premier inn are not what they where. The last few have all been the same, run down with no stock or staff. Countrywide the chain is on its knees and failing in many areas. In the middle of the night the room is at 27’C because there is no air con and the windows won’t open. The TV picture breaks up into blocks so it’s unwatchable. The WiFi is worse than anything available twenty years ago. Forget the pictures of food in the restaurant because you won’t get anything like that, basic things are out of stock so the side you paid for won’t arrive, the drink you want is unavailable, and so it goes on. That expensive cocktail will only be liquid because they’ve no fruit or ice. The ceiling in your bathroom will have scabies, there will be broken things that are unfixed and not maintained. A few sheets of toilet paper maximum. Conclusion, either they overpaid Lenny Henry and ran out of money or the shareholders are greedy. Whatever the reason, premier inn is now the worst hotel chain and we will not be using them ever again. There is no point complaining to them because they don’t care.

Excellent throughout. Got the room for a really good price. Friendly staff. Clean and really comfy beds . Very convenient location

Stayed the night at the Leicester premier inn, check in was simple, room was clean, Agata & Courtney were very polite and answered any questions I had, food in the restaurant was nice, good location for work trips in Leicester, easy connections to motorway

Room was incredible, friendly welcome and the easiest check of check in, meal at the restaurant was perfect after a hard day, service was fast and efficient
