"Lovely staff"
Good location, foods good and the staff Annabelle and Reuben were amazing, very attentive and helpful, the food compared to other premier inns I’ve stayed at was very good, and the service was prompt, thank you very much Wayne
"Fantastic Team"
I would highly recommend this hotel based on the fantastic service provided by the front of house team and the welcoming atmosphere they have created. I have stayed in many Premier Inns and this is by far the best. Recently, we stayed here for business and were very impressed by the service provided my Martin in the restaurant. Martin provided service with a smile and also gave us great food recommendations.
"Fantastic Stay"
Stayed here recently and had a great experience - every team member that I encountered was so friendly and helpful, in such a genuine way. There was a new duty manager training when I checked in on 26/9 and he do a great job of checking me in, even remembered me when I returned a few days later. There was a tall male manager running the shift and he was very efficient to ensure everyone was served quickly. There was a nice male night team member who was also very helpful, allowing me to leave a bag for a few days until I returned - even offered to make me a coffee whilst I waited for my taxi. Genuine hospitality. Room was immaculate and newly renovated. Will definitely return, thank you!
"Premier Inn East Midlands Airport Visit"
Came in for some dinner on the evening of 30/09/2025 and I genuinely couldn’t for the life of me find anything to complain about here. Food was hot and fresh from the kitchen and full of flavour. Staff were polite and rushed off their feet so very pleased with my visit. Thankyou to Vicki,Emily,Daniella,Martin and Rueben for the fast and efficient service that was provided to me and everyone else at the hotel. Will be back again for sure 😁
"Polite and professional"
The experience was amazing from the very beginning. When I called to make some changes to my booking, I spoke with the manager, Martin, at reception. He was extremely polite and gave us excellent attention, along with a clear explanation about the hotel and its services. The only complaint we had is that the room wasn’t cleaned on the first night, even after we requested it at reception. Overall, we had a great stay. The environment is welcoming, the price is fair, and we would definitely recommend it and come back again.
