Please note parking operates on a first come, first served basis at £9 per 24 hours. At check-in, you will be provided with a discount code for parking to be used daily. Alternative parking is available nearby, just a 7-minute walk away at Lockmeadow (Barker Road, ME16 8SF). The rates are as followed: Monday – Saturday, between 8am and 6:30pm prices are: up to 1 hour – £1.00, up to 3 hours – £2.50, up to 4 hours – £3.50, up to 5 hours – £5.00, over 5 hours – £6.50, free parking from 6:30pm to 8am and free parking on Sundays.

I have stayed at numerous Premier inn's in England and I can honestly say that the staff here are the best I have encountered. I have no complaints about any of them All members of staff here were friendly, approachable had a great understanding of customer service. I came across Luke the first morning even after a night shift he was bubbly and gave us great information on the area. One other staff member to mention was Reece who gave us great advice on the best meal deal to suit ourselves. The whole restaurant staff worked as a team, if they saw something needed doing they got on with it. They were happy and smiling giving the restaurant a pleasant ambience. My only gripe is the price of items in the vending machine. I can buy a 500ml bottle of water for less than 30p where I live. It was £3 from the vending machine which I find as extortionate. But all in all it was a pleasurable stay.
