    "Great stay and service."
    Just checked into the purple palace Premier Inn Welwyn Garden City after a fantastic day at the Harry Potter Studios. The check-in was quick and easy, which is always appreciated after a busy day. A special mention to Pat in the restaurant, who provided such warm and attentive service she really made us all feel welcoming. A great stay with great service exactly what you hope for with Premier Inn.

    Rooms are fine and comfortable. Staff were great and helpful to my disabled husband. Food very limited as a lot of the Menu was unavailable.

    i must say a very young lad was the highlight of my night tonight. was practically leading the gaff from reception to the kitchen as i watched him prepare my tikka skewers (which were great). very pleasant lad checked on me more than my own family does during my meal. he told me i can call him steve he is top class. his coworker pat was very good too although she didn’t serve me i could see how attentive she was

    Stayed here because I was working near by staff were great went out of there way to acomadate us and we’re really friendly and helpful
