Had a very Comfortable stay here with my family, Darren was more than helpful, what a gent! Was were looked after attentively after a very long journey, it was much needed Will definitely be returning and have recommended this to others Thanks xx

Very friendly bar staff, always chatty and couldn’t do more to help! The food is good and didn’t have to wait too long even tho the restaurant was always very busy….

Great staff and extremely helpful very pleasant stay would definitely recommend and will be coming back here Restaurant was very clean and modern Food was fantastic and on the table within a very short period of time Also they put the tennis on for us

The bed and pillows were very comfy, the staff were very attentive and always willing to help, we ate in the restaurant and the food was great to
"Too hot and not up to cleanliness standards"
The first thing we spotted in the room was blood on one of the pillow cases, we went to reception and they gave us another to put on ourselves. The room was tidy but not clean ie mould treatment was needed in the corner of the shower, dead mosquitos on the carpet in the corners of the room smeared mirror etc. We had an awful nights sleep due to the heat, the fan provided did not blow any air outwards, the blades just circulated
