"Quick two night break"

During these strange times our check in was very quick and our room was very clean. We felt very safe in the hotel but did not use the bar or restaurant and only used the room to sleep. The hotel was situated so you could easily explore Portsmouth.

When I came me I was outside the railway line and I thought I would have a bad experience in the night but I didn’t even hear a pin drop at night EXCELLENT I did in the day but not at all at night! HOW Well this is probably one of the best hotels I’ve ever been to Bad thing is that u didn’t get to go across the bit where they is glass window in a small room to walk across

"Allowing Customers to visit from Tier 3 Covid-19 locations rather than refund"

We booked for 23 September and called to cancel on 20th September as we live in Manchester which was going into tier 3 lockdown. We were told that we could not cancel as we had booked under non cancellable terms and refused to provide a refund. I asked if they would therefore be happy for us to attend the hotel despite coming from a tier 3 lockdown area to which they replied yes. Clearly we would not do this as it would be against the law. Im shocked having spent thousands of pounds at premier inn over the last 20+ years that they are absolutely happy to end that relation ship with an otherwise happy customer for the price of £29

I'd like to say a massive thank you for all the help and assistance you gave me and dad whilst I visited for a week and your ongoing care of him while he's staying with you for a bit longer. Special thanks to Harmoney H, who very quickly sorted the bathroom flood issue and moved me to another room. Not only that but as a sorry organised 2 free breakfasts for us. Was really greatful for her help and wasn't expecting anything as a sorry for my inconvenience so that was a lovely surprise. The staff in the restaurant El Hadji (Duty manager) Shetty and Tatjaha for our fantastic service and friendly happy welcomes everyday. Also all the other staff who work at the front desk and cleaning the rooms. It was a very enjoyable stay. The room was spacious, clean and I loved the bath. Also I want to say how pleased I was with the professionalism and speed in which everyone was evacuated after a fire alarm went off at 4 in the morning. They fire brigade was on scene within a couple of minutes and the building checked so we could go back in. I Look forward to seeing you again when I'm next down in Southampton. Highly recommended this place to anyone travelling that way. Your a couple of minutes walk from the shops and eateries. Absolutely fantastic.

"Overnight stay"

We can highly recommend this hotel. The room was perfect and was fresh and clean. We had an excellent night's sleep as always in Premier Inn. Super comfortable bed and a very spacious room. We will definitely be staying there again next time we visit Southampton.
