    "Exceptional member of staff"
    As a group we stayed the night before our cruise. We ate their in the evening and Jason served us. He was excellent and was a good representative of Premier Inn. He was cheerful, attentive and had a nothing is too much trouble attitude. After dinner I released that I had lost my watch glass. This watch was very old and was my grandads so very special. Jason helped us look for it with no luck. Later that night a member of our group had a knock at the door and it was Jason with the watch glass. Such excellent service and Premier Inn should be proud to have him as a employee. Thank you so much Jason you were exceptional.

    Room wasn't very clean Staff were very slow Asked for a bottle of prosecco they hadn't got any. They had no pineapple with the Gammon

    I stayed overnight at the Premier Inn at Southampton airport. I booked a meal deal before travelling. I was served by Jason who was fantastic- he was friendly, enthusiastic and very helpful. He obviously loves his job and goes above and beyond in the service he provides. Highly recommended!

Or pay a flying visit to Paultons Family Theme Park and spend some time with Peppa Pig.
