"My first truly bad experience"

Stayed 1 night. Tech in reception was broken, sadly ,just one person frantically trying to book people in and serve in the restaurant. The room was great. We had a family member staying on a different floor where we could smell cannabis near the room. The restaurant had no beer available. We were rushed to order all our courses because the chef wanted to close the kitchen - it was only 8.30pm. The dessert advertised strawberry and they were out of stock. No one informed us of this when we ordered. Breakfast fared no better with the coffee machine broken, the replacement sachets had run out, the " continental selection" had run out, and nothing was labelled. People seemed confused as to where things were and staff contradicted themselves concerning whether more pastry options were to be put out. The kitchen closed 30 minutes before the advertised end of breakfast.

"Great place to stay"

Stayed at Fleet premier inn to visit Central London. Special thanks to Joe and Loki for going above and beyond to accommodate us. They were both so welcoming. The room was comfortable for a goodnight sleep and breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. Friendly staff. 2nd time we have stayed here. Thanks again to Joe and Loki and the team.
