    "Dont stay in hot weather"
    Book somewhere else in the summer or when its hot Rooms very warm, hot aircon and cant open windows waste of money, no sleep at all Room fine, staff fine, parking fine

    This hotel was clean and spacious. The bed super comfortable. The bathroom was clean. Usb ports next to the bed. This is the best premier inn I I have stayed in.
    "So patient and helpful"
    Charlotte and her manager were so helpful. We accidentally undercooked our stay by 2 nights. Even though they couldn’t reach us, they kept our room and extended our stay for us when we returned late at night - all with a cheerful attitude.

    On arriving at premier inn west we were greeted by a lovely lady called Charlotte. Her friendly welcome was most welcome after a long journey in the car. Charlotte went above and beyond to facilitate my needs and was only to happy to help. Charlotte is a credit to your business and made my trip a pleasant stay - thank you Charlotte
