"Damp room"

Arrived late on a Monday night around 10.30/11pm so we were tired and wanted our bed. When we walked into the room their was a dampy smell. In the morning we noticed there was not any windows that could open to let air in the room. The both large windows were covered in condenstation & the windows sills were all puddles of water as there wasnt any air able to circulate in the room. The carpet and bed sheets/covers also felt dampy. Theres no onsite parking and the ncp car park is very expensive. Wasnt happy with this. Staff where friendly and breakfast was nice. Photos taking too long to upload to show the condensation and wetness

We entered the room and you could smell the damp foist smell. The room was not clean and I have attached photos. The bathroom door did not shut properly and the hairdryer did not work. We paid £21.98 for a really poor cooked breakfast, the food was all dried up and clearly been sitting for a long time, with no member of staff in sight to replenish. Customer relations refuse and kind of refund.
