Manchester West Didsbury hotel

It was a terrible experience; from a rotten face board, no restaurant, strong smell from cleaning chemicals, no air conditioning, etc.

Were given a room right next to the stairwell and over the front of the reception. It was very noisy, the doors being banged all night and prople talking outside very loudly. I had the worst nights sleep. The room was also extremely hot, although there were 2 fans in the room, there was no A/C. The restaurant was closed and there was a purple van where you could buy breakfast in the morning, obviously this was right outside our room window also. People were sat at the picnic benches chatting and eating from very early in the morning! Breakfast was not good either, it was very dry and tasteless. I was not satisfied with this visit at all.

My elderly mother who has arthritis a bad hip and two bad knees had to get in and out of a lowered bath in a wheelchair accessible bathroom when I had requested a wetroom so she did not have to getcin and out of the bath

Premier Inn Guest Relations I am writing to express my disappointment following a recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience fell well below the standards I have come to expect from Premier Inn. During my stay: The room had an unpleasant musty smell, which made it difficult to relax or sleep comfortably. The temperature in the room was excessively hot, with no effective way to cool it down apart from a table fan . The cleanliness of the room was not up to standard; it did not appear to have been properly cleaned before our arrival. Breakfast, which had been included in our booking, was unexpectedly cancelled without prior notice. The on-site restaurant was also closed , limiting dining options during our stay. These issues significantly impacted the quality of our visit,and we subsequently left and drove back to london with our elderly mother at 1130pm and also shared our concerns with Steven on the front desk, we returned our 4 room cards to himand he advised that he will also pass on our feedback. ,We did not to stay . I hope you understand the inconvenience caused. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and let me know what steps you can take to address these concerns. Despite the comfy bed, the copious amounts of hot water and the reasonable breakfast, our stay was spoilt by the very high temperature of our room. We hardly slept at all. The fan provided just blew hot air around the room. The problem was very poor ventilation in a south facing building.
