Directions:

Exit M60 at Junction 7, follow A56 Chester Road and signs for Manchester United Football Ground. After approx 1 mile you will pass a Ford garage on your left, go through 2 sets of traffic lights keeping in the left hand lane and following signs for Salford Quays. At the third set, take the second left onto Trafford Wharf Road, go through the lights and the hotel is on your right. Tram is located nearby, bus number 250 to centre.

"Dissapointing."
Disappointing experience. Difficult to park and find a space in the car park. Room only had a desk light working and no other working room lights. All night had a trickling of water from above. Restaurant staff member lacking a smile or customer service skills. However Amy very friendly on reception and despite a road closure and 45 minutes driving round trying to work out how to get to the hotel, the location is is to be recommended.

Exceptional staff. I’m disabled & they go out if their way to help me. They help each morning and evening lifting my mobility scooter and assisting with luggage.

Great place to stay when paying a visit to the 02 Victoria Warehouse. It has plenty of rooms, parking and offers all the services necessary. The staff are friendly, welcoming and attentive. The rooms are spacious, clean and well presented. Check-in/out was quick and efficient. Special shout-out to the breakfast team who were very busy but had time to help multiple guests with constant enquiries all while having a smile and being approachable. Will visit again if going to another gig.
