I stayed at this Premier Inn a couple of weeks ago and honestly didn’t expect the experience to stand out as much as it did. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by Charlotte, the manager, who couldn’t have been more welcoming. I had a couple of special requests and she handled them with such kindness and professionalism, making everything effortless. Since that first visit, I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know several members of the team — Jaz, Jack, Sam, Donna, Aleesha, Shannon and Mel — and every single one of them has been brilliant. You can really tell this is a team that cares about what they do and about their guests. I stay in hotels every week for work, and I can genuinely say this is one of the best Premier Inns I’ve stayed in across the country. The standards here are exceptional, and the value for money compared to the level of service is incredible. A special shout-out to Charlotte for consistently going the extra mile and creating such a welcoming environment. The whole team should be proud of what they’re doing here. Thank you all for making every stay such a great experience.

Hotel description

If you can't decide between Manchester or Liverpool, a stay at Premier Inn Haydock Park/M6 J23 hotel puts you within easy reach of both. But it's not all bright lights and big cities round here, there's also the racing and live music at Haydock Racecourse, and lots of tourist attractions nearby too. Get up close and personal to some wild animals at Knowsley Safari Park, or get a personal best taking part in the St Helens Iron Man. There's sports and spills aplenty at Leigh Leisure Centre, and don't forget the go karting at Three Sisters. Then head back to the hotel for some lovely food at our restaurant and a great night's sleep in our modern rooms with extra-comfy kingsize beds.
