    This was such a nice place and we were searching for bag drop off for an hour and finally we found a place to storage our bagage thank you so much Abdum , your service was great.
    "Mixed feelings"
    Stayed here for 1 night whilst attending the event of the year at Wembley oasis. Yes payed a fortune for a family room. It was very clean tidy room and the beds as usual are dead comfy. However the bathroom was tired looking and clearly looked like hardly any maintenance was done. Toilet didn’t flush. (Luckily hubby a builder sorted it just for us). The bar and the restaurant was spot on. Bar staff attentive considering how busy everything was.the breakfast in the morning was excellent as to be expected for premier inn. Great location for Wembley
    "Too hot and not wanting a steps work out"
    Location perfecr Food ok Air conditioning-I don't believe was working. The switch would not allow temperature to be adjusted below 23 degs. And, why would hotel put a freestanding fan in room??! This led to poor night's sleep as room warm and stuffy. Lifts - 3 in total. One out of action, second changed direction so didn't reach us, third wouldn't move when 3 persons set off overloading issue in 10 person capacity. So we had to walk down from seventh floor and when we reached the ground sign said exit door alarmed!!! I am a pensioner......no phone in room, no WiFi details given and poor phone signal so couldn't contact reception Just not good enough.

    Very expensive because of Oasis gig we went to…….we understood this…….kind of worth the money……buffet breakfast amazing. 👍🏻
