    "The best hotel with the kindest staff "
    There is a reason why we always come back to this hotel, and that's purely because of the staff. The customer service is unbelievably brilliant, and any problems you have are rectified and dealt with how they should be. Deni is amazing not just with guests but the children. She is always making sure they are ok and on an evening when we are having quiet drinks in the bar she makes sure our 2 boys have colouring pencils and paper to keep them busy. The hotel is the perfect location for Wembley events and also next to the tube station for you to head into London central. The drinks and food are amazing, and the hotel is kept spotless. We had a problem with our room when we checked in but a quick visit to reception and it was sorted for us. Parking is reasonable and cheaper than other carparks. Keep doing what your doing we love our stays here.

    We stay here fairly regularly and the staff are amazing! Particularly Jacintha who always is so kind to us and our daughter. Would highly recommend

    Definitely recommend, helpful cheerful staff, was going to the arena in the evening so had dinner at the hotel, really good value, because we were there for breakfast we got the meal deal, really nice meal, had spring rolls to start also a pint of lager, all for £16 each, think I paid £1.50 extra for the drink, breakfast was really good also, can't beat it for value for money, would definitely go back, thanks to all the staff

    Excellent welcome and all staff had a smile Clean and spacious room Bar had a Happy 2 Hours 5-7pm Breakfast was good Staff asked if porridge was required Nothing was a problem Excellent location to the right of Wembley Park Station
