    "Weekend in London"
    Great location, 5 min walk to Westminster bridge, then down to downing street,Whitehall, St james park,then trafalgar square, mall,Buckingham Palace. All of these great sites within a 25 minute walk ,hotel very clean with friendly and helpful staff
    "Nice hotel in a great location"
    Very nice hotel with a great location and friendly, service-minded staff. We had a family room that was spacious (we are three persons) and clean. Breakfast was also very good. In all the hotel is good value for money in central London.

    Have two special needs children. The restaurant could not change or allter a type of kids meal our son would eat because it was premade. Restaurant manger had the chef make a special meal not on the menu for our son. He was so happy he ate every bite, and the rest of the family was able to enjoy a great meal. Extremely friendly staff. Delicious food, and some of the best customer service ever we experienced.

    excellent hotel. very clean, good breakfast, comfy beds. In a very good location as well. staff were very polite and helpful specifically ralvca (hopefully i got her name correct) she went out of her way to help us and was lovely.
    "Such a convenient place to stay"
    Always had a relaxed sleep. The bed, pillows and complete silence all melted me into slumber each night. We kept AC on most of the time as we were there in the summer and we would feel cold sometimes, but the AC was so quiet that we didn't know whether it was on or off (it would turn off by itself - maybe when desired temperature was reached). We enjoyed watching tv with so many channels available. The toilet exhaust worked even if we couldn't hear any fan spinning. For a small space, this proved very helpful. Room was cleaned every time we requested. Our things were safe. The location was also great. So many cafes around. Tube just a few minutes walk away. M&S grocery shop was nearby. Staff were all approachable and accommodating. Raluca, Shifat, Alan & the the Filipino guy. One of them was always there ready to help.
