"VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH MY STAY."

Manager , AWESOME. Night staff. Great. Front desk OK very disappointed with my stay ...house keeping 1 out of 5 rude and do not do a good job of cleaning. Request cleaning room was ignored on several occasions. Noise from room above unbearable..had to leave 1 night early out of my paid nights. Would love a refund...but don't expect to Not good experience. Made request for room cleaning after 4 days went out at 8:30 a.m. on Monday got back to the hotel at minutes to 1:00 a.m. on Tuesday and my room was still not clean I had to sit in the lobby at that time of morning tired just getting back from my nephews funeral and wait for them to change my sheets and towels I was very disappointed always having problem getting my room taken care of we had 3 rooms.

"They took our stuff while we were out"

One of our rooms was not ready at 4.00p.m. These things happen though. We were offered free breakfasts, fair enough. The carpet in our room was wet near the bed - unsettling, never mind. While we were out, one of our rooms was cleared - completely emptied - by hotel staff. They could not find any of the items that were taken. We got them back, more or less, by post after a week. I've taken a couple of stars off for that. But the real kicker was the quality of their 'guest relations' help desk, who were worse than useless and simply started ignoring our emails when we asked for compensation for clothes and toiletries we bought the next day from necessity. Only about £50 altogether - literally no response beyond boilerplate platitudes. 2 months later, I'm still angry. Avoid.
