London Victoria hotel

4 out of 5. Overall clean and check in and out was easy. Convenient within walking distance from 2 stations. Ranga Manager was very helpful helping us with our luggage as there were steps and our luggage was heavy. He is very nice and polite and super helpful.

Lovely staff who are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the hotel itself is run down with peeling paint, debris on the floors and a damaged ceiling in the restaurant. The iron we asked to borrow was also damaged. When we went for breakfast, some of the cutlery was dirty and the coffee machine was broken (although someone did come to fix it). We have stayed at many Premier Inn in the past including four in London, and have always enjoyed staying there. However, I would not recommend Premier Inn Victoria station until it is refurbished despite the lovely staff.

A brilliant hotel with polite and hardworking staff. The room was fantastic and the breakfast and evening dinner we had was very, very nice.

Excellent service. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. They sorted everything and always helped me with everything I needed. The location was really centric and conveniently close to Victoria station.

My husband and I booked a 7 day stay. This was our first experience with Premier Inn. According to a couple of other guests who stay with Premier regularly the condition of this hotel is below standard. Upon arrival our room was extremely hot and the bathroom was even hotter. The receptionist had to go to another room and turn on the AC controls to cool down our room. We thought we had booked a Plus room but found out we had not and our request for an upgrade could not be accommodated nor were we allowed to make any changes to our reservation though we had booked the Flex option. (Not sure how I could have made that mistake. If you stay here - please beware when booking if you want a refrigerator) When we asked for housekeeping, our sheets were not changed. We had to specifically request that our bed linens be changed. The floor was not vacuumed and a used tea cup not replaced. Finding the correct elevator was a challenge the first time as it was through a couple of doors. Upon arrival we ended up carrying our luggage up a couple short flights of stairs until we figured out the location of Elevator # 2. Breakfast is standard for hotel fare but the coffee machine definitely needs to be replaced. The only time we tried to eat dinner at the hotel, they stopped serving a 5 pm and we were too late. Thankfully there is a delightful pub nearby.
