Directions:

A 12 minute walk from London Bridge station, exit onto St Thomas Street and turn left, continuing past the station then turn right onto Bermondsey Street. Keep on Bermondsey Street passing the Fashion and Textile Museum and take the second left onto Tanner Street. You will see the entrance to the car park at the end of Tanner Street. You can either enter through the car park or take a right on Tower Bridge Road.

"Great hotel in a good location"
Stayed here recently with my husband and son and had a lovely time. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to Tower Bridge and about 10 minutes to the tube at Tower Hill. Good location for sightseeing. We had breakfast included which was the usual buffet style breakfast and we were able to get a seat every time we went tk the restaurant/bar area.
"Really poor service, particularly as dangerous"
Really disappointed. Went with my family for two nights for my wife's birthday celebrations. I'm our family room, just next to the double bed was nails sticking out the floor which was exposed underlay. It appeared the carpet has been pulled, but I tell you when you stand on it, you know about it. I told the staff and logged the concern. I then told the company directly, who first told me I didn't tell the staff, when I questioned it they said oh sorry, we have contacted them and they do have it reported. However, there is nothing they can do, now I wasn't looking for a refund, I hadn't even mentioned it, they kept saying, "we don't think this warrants a refund" the service was so poor, and for £550 for two nights, I expected better. I dread to think if one of my kids had stood on the nails. A real shame
"Disappointing - hotel needs refurbishing"
I stayed at this hotel with my partner and children - firstly on arrival despite check in being 3pm - our room was not ready at 3.45pm. The check in touch screens did not work so we really didn’t see the point in them. The rooms are dated and the rooms need modernising - chipped paint on bath, skirting boards, around the windows etc. We stayed on the main road very noisy at night children really struggled to sleep - this was due to traffic people shouting in the street etc. Food was ok - but service in The Social Area was poor constant asking for our table to wiped, had to find someone after half hour to order drinks and food as nobody came over. Disappointing -will not be staying here again.

The rooms are clean and spacious. The air conditioning works well. Breakfast was also great. And the location is definitely excellent! I highly recommend this hotel! Great value for money.
"Good, affordable place close to Tower Bridge."
Good, affordable place to stay close to Tower Bridge and M. Manzes. Quiet rooms, ac worked well. Wifi was not great outside the lobby area.
