"Good experience but needs slight adjustments"
We always stay at this Premier inn before our holiday. Great location and good facilities inside with a bar and a Costa. Friendly staff and always happy to help. On a negative note we found that outside was quite dirty with litter especially around the parking meter. Rubbish just put on top of machine which then ended up on the floor. (No pictures as it was 4.30am and had the family) I was also disappointed that parking had to be paid for after your stay which in the previous years 3-4 years we’ve never had to do. I can understand if you have visitors coming but don’t always agree to have to pay to park as well!
"Excellent stay en route for our holiday destination."
An excellent stay. Staff were extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. Room and meal deal very good value. And access to LHR very straightforward. I’ll be back for sure!

Friendly helpful staff. Great breakfast Comfortable beds great amenities Easy check in/out Bus transport from hotel to Heathrow very easy you can get a bus schedule at the front desk.
"No food after 10pm, lost its quality feel."
No food available after 10pm despite their website advising bar snacks available. Seemingly service was withdrawn 2 months ago, but website not updated. The only food option after 10 is McDonalds next door which was truly the worst eating experience of my life. Hotel looking quite tired in places now having stayed here many times. Carpets threadbare decor damaged and worn. A premier inn that no longer feels premier. Beds were as always wonderfully comfortable and the only reason we continue to use premier inns. Bar staff were unwelcoming and very hard to understand. I suspect they have not been in this country very long. In fact the entire hotel was run by Asian workers which whilst not an issue on reception (good standard of English) they have clearly lowered the English speaking standards on other key areas of hospitality such as the bar and restaurant.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. They were also very understanding and accommodating to the fact that I had Coeliacs disease, it made for a very nice stay.
