"Good hotel. Excellent food."
The room is what you’d expect from a premier Inn and the staff were super helpful when checking in. The food was lovely (apart from the peas) and the service was brilliant. Very attentive and friendly. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel if you have an early flight from Heathrow.
"Everything you might need for a good price"
I had a good night's rest, which is all I needed before an international trip. The room was spacious. I ask for the handicapped room, when traveling alone at 78 yrs. Dinner and breakfast was average, but the service was good. Beware! I tried to catch the "bus" from the airport to the hotel, but could NOT identify which one it was. I was compelled to take a taxi which cost me $39 euros, because taxis are not allowed on the roads that would take me directly to the hotel. I took the shuttle from the hotel to airport in the morning.
"Meh ..."
Not the best stay, i'm sad to say. I paid extra for early check in (from 11am) and on arrival at 1pm I was informed there were no rooms currently available. I advised if I could just drop my bag off I wasn't worried if it still needed cleaning as I would be out all day. A room was then found with this in mind and so I took my bag up then I left for London. On my return that evening (around 11pm), the room had still not been cleaned. The bed was unmade, dirty towels were on the floor, and McDonald's wrappers were overflowing in the bin. I spoke to the receptionist who was very apologetic and thankfully she did manage to find a spare room, for which I'm grateful. This second room was clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable with excellent views of the airport.
"Typical Premier Inn - great location for T5"
Eady to get to Bus 423 from stand 6.. about a 5mn journey to the 'Thistle' bus stop. Self check in but friendly staff available to resolve problems Good quality sleep Meal deal worked well. Two tasty Sirloin steaks!! Good range of breakfast food. Everyone friendly and helpful
"Nice room, clean and friendly"
We arrived about midnight and very tired after a low budget stay overseas. The staff were efficient friendly and polite. The room was clean and cool, nice big shower. Free coffee, tea and refrigerated water were very welcome. The two grades of pillow softness are a great idea.
