Mishel is amazing and delightful and really helpful and should definitely get promoted. She helped us out at short notice and made our stay a really nice experience.

"Unsafe! Please do not stay here."

Absolutely awful hotel - nowhere near the usual Premier Inn standard. Booked a 1 night stay here with our two children. As we approached our room it was clear that guests had been taking drugs in the hotel as there was a smell of cannabis in the corridor which was particularly strong in our room. Quickly became apparent that this hotel was not a safe or appropriate environment for our children so we did not stay. Staff on reception were obviously aware of what previous guests had been doing in the hotel but seemed unwilling and unable to take action. I am a regular Premier Inn guest and have NEVER seen one of their hotels this shabby and unsafe. Please, please do not book here!!
