"Stay during July for business and pleasure"
We had a really pleasant stay. The location is convenient with it being close to Heathrow and metro, which made getting around really easy. The room was comfortable, just what we needed after a long day of travel. We were lucky to be put on the 11th floor with nice views. Overall, a great value stay with excellent service. Also, a shout-out to Sam and Maria at the front desk—they were really helpful!
"Tired looking and needs a spruce up"
Check in was extremely slow and one room was not ready so we had to wait longer. One room was OK, but the other room was not. The bathroom had a strong smell of urine. Was unable to find anyone on reception to discuss this with at all. Arrived back later and reception was still unmanned so girls had to resort to coming to our room 5 floors away to use our facilities. There was a distinct smell of sewage on the lower floors and around the reception and outside of the hotel. This hotel is in need of a spruce up, and our visit was a tad disappointing. It does have a plus, and that is that it is SO close to Ravenscourt Park tube station, making it great for getting into London. We never ate there so are unable to comment on the food.
    "Really terrible room"
Although expecting Premier Inn rooms to be standard as a low budget chain , and using them quite often I was so disappointed with the room we were given at this hotel over the weekend. As well as being much smaller than average and really dated - it seemed basic standards of cleanliness and functionality couldn't be adhered to. There was no water at all coming from the hot tap in the basin and to say the whole place was grimy was an understatement. (Photos included) . Although the bed was clean the rest of the room was dated and dirty.
"The room we were given 108 was the pits , if they offer you a room on that floor refuse it"
The room we were given room 108 bore no resemblance to the images on the Premier Inn website which also stated showers in all rooms! We even paid £15 for early check in , they should have paid us to stay there. The room was old and cramped with threadbare carpets, dirty walls and chipped doors and paintwork as were the whole of the rooms we passed on that floor. No bedside cabinets just coffee tables with no sockets to charge your appliances and the hairdryer stuck in the corner so you had to squeeze at the side of the desk to use it next to a mirror As for the bathroom it made Britannia Hotels look like the Ritz, the dirt in the bathtub (yes not a shower as stated) was ground in and the shower curtain mouldy and old. The fixtures and fittings in there looked at least 40 years old ….disgusting. We just thought all the rooms were like this The previous evening we stayed at the Hammersmith Talgarth Road Premier Inn and it was like chalk and cheese….clean, spacious and effective air con a lovely hotel and we paid £76 less than we did for this dump. There was only one lady on the desk at reception and we didn’t have time to queue to speak to her as going to Stevie Wonder concert at Hyde Park and didn’t return until late in the evening so didn’t get to speak to anyone on the desk. We ate breakfast in the hotel but we had trains to catch to go home so couldn’t hang around to speak to anyone about the state of our room but I have raised an official complaint with Guest Services today. This floor needs to be closed and refurbished as not worth the money they are charging
    "Lovely hotel"
This hotel is lovely. We were on the 9th floor and the view was amazing. The bed, as always with Premier Inn, was extremely comfortable. Big shout out to the breakfast staff who were very polite and friendly. I asked for vegetarian sausages and bacon, which they cooked to order. The location was perfect for our concert at Hyde Park. A simple train journey to Hammersmith then the Piccadilly line to Hyde Park Corner. We will definitely stay here again if going to a concert nearby.
