"Great experience"
“Great stay for Bart’s hospital” I had a great experience with this hotel and the staff there, they were really nice and kind I was pleased with my stay. Everything was great. The room was quiet and comfortable I enjoyed my stay there! The manager David was really nice and helpful, very kind and understandable! He helped me a lot , I’m grateful for everything. Overall it’s been a great experience, I recommend this hotel.
"Possibly the best premier inn I've ever stayed in"
We stayed for 2 nights in a premier plus room and had a fantastic stay. It seems like quite a new hotel, everything was really well cared for with none of the shabbiness you often find. The bed was super comfortable and very quiet. There were some lovely little touches which we've not found in a premier inn before - green & black chocolates in the room, prosecco in the lobby in the afternoon.
"Great stay for convenience for St Barts Hospital"
I booked directly last minute to accompany my brother to an appointment at St Barts hospital. Although I considered the twin room expensive, it was extremely convenient for our needs. The check in was friendly and our room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The lighting in the room makes it feel more cosy. We did not watch the TV. The shower was great. Was surprised there were no usb plugs on the sockets, but luckily I had brought an adapter. We opted for a continental breakfast which was perfect and delicious.

Outstanding. Helpful friendly staff, assisted with check in, Room was spotless, everything you could need. Breakfast was outstanding as were the waiting staff. Peaceful, safe and quiet location. Totally recommended.
