    "Would come back"
    Stayed at the Euston Premier inn. The location was great central for everything. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had tea and coffee available. We had breakfast the next morning which was great and set us up for the journey home. Overall pleased with our stay.Would stay again.
    "Great location and staff"
    From the moment you walk in Emmanuel met us with a smile and amazing service with a coffee I really needed after red eye flight. Francess who had made all my senior friendly and fan requests over a week before I arrived also came out to greet us. What a surprise she can speak Scandinavian language to my mother in law. WOW. Morning breakfasts was met by the sweetest bunch...Great smiles and service with Christopher. So sad I found out he was leaving. Miguel and again Francess made the departure also very pleasant. 4 stars because the places needs a little update and cleaning staff cleaned half the room and left it so so... but they rectified it the next day. Remember to mention you need room cleaned
    "Really Great Stuff"
    Although the air conditioning is permanently out of service, don't let that put you off. Great location, usual standard of premier inns rooms, the breakfast team were brilliant. Really Great Stuff!
    "Worst hotel ever"
    How this hotel maintains a 4.1 rating despite all the bad reviews is a mystery. Bed bugs, no air conditioning, mouldy smells, rude staff. The list goes on.
    "Budget hotel? Absolutely"
    2 tiers of "wifi" should have told me all that I needed to know. No fridge, no toiletries, no telephone, no opening windows, no instructions in room to read regarding emergency although these were notices near the lifts. Basic even for a "Premier Inn"... No opportunity to complete on-line work at all. Thankfully I only had to endure one night. The only positive is the generous checkout time.
