"happy to use forever"
i stay at this hotel on a weekly basis, the rooms are warm, spacious and clean, the staff are always helpful, especially Marjan Lacy, no matter what time of day she greets you with a warm smile.
"Excellent and friendly staff"
All the staff are very friendly and helpful, Marjan was amazing in sorting out an issue I had with my booking. The only thing to note is the car parking is £7-50 on top of the room price.
"Our stay was okay but needed improvement."
The hotel was okay. You got what you paid for. However the staff when we checked in didn’t speak to us at all. Not even a hello. We used the self service check in but even when we walked past we didn’t get a hello from the ladies at the desk. The room was okay however the ceiling in the bathroom wasn’t very clean as well as finding open milk that had gone off and had mould around the side wasn’t very nice.
"Be cautious about accepting free parking."
I've stayed here for a number of years as it is convenient for getting to Tottenham Hotspur stadium. It is plain to see that it's severely under maintained. A recent price of £160 for 1 night was a step too far in such a poor environment so have booked elsewhere for next game. The hotel does have some good staff, helpful & freindly, Yanis in particular. Having been verbally offered free car parking weekend of 16/ 17 August because both lifts were out of order I accepted. Then I was issued with a parking charge notice!!!. Repeated phone calls to the hotel and Guest Services saw no progress on cancelling the charge. I won't name the 2 staff in question but despite now having an email acknowledging the issue, I think Horizon parking will persist. Yanis on holiday unfortunately. Main reason for posting this is for additional evidence of the hotels' initial error, slow response in dealing with it , if indeed they have. It's a shame but being a long standing customer clearly does not get any recognition. Suggest the hotel doesn't offer free parking and then not act on it.
"Don’t bother"
Poor. Dirty, worn carpets, disgraceful decoration, worn out in desperate need of refurbishment. No working lifts. Trip hazards on stairs.

Hotel description

Town or country - why not have both, with a stay at Premier Inn Hotel Enfield? You'll be based in a lovely tranquil location, but you'll also have easy transport links to London for all the sights and sounds of the big city. Swing through the trees at Go Ape in Trent Park. Or sing from the terraces watching Spurs. Take the train into London for the shops and sights of the West End, or take a white-knuckle ride at Lee Valley White Water Centre. Then take five back at the hotel with some lovely tasty food at our Table Table restaurant and a lovely comfy bed.
