Parking at

Limited chargeable on-site parking is available on a first come, first served basis at £10 per 24 hours. There is limited, chargeable disabled parking bays. Alternative parking is available at Q-Park Dickens Yard at £14 per 20 hours (W52UQ). Free parking is available at Perceval House between 6pm and 8am. Both car parks are just a 2-minute walk from the hotel.

"Staff makes this Premier Inn exceptional in my opinion despite it being not the newest or best Premier Inn hardware"

I believe reviews should reflect how good a place is for what it wants to be and not objective across all classes of hotels. With that in mind this is a Premier Inn and not a five star hotel. Service is limited and also the quality of the hardware isn’t always top notch. With the Premier Inn Ealing this shows when you enter the lifts which are more industrial property vibes than hotel. The floors of the bathrooms, though absolutely clean, also look and feel more like a basic bathroom you wouldn’t expect in a modern hotel. On the other hand the shower was fantastic and the furnishings in the room were nice and in good condition. This was one of their more upmarket Premier Plus rooms by the way. The bed was super comfortable as was expected. Personally I always find the duvet at Premier Inn way too thick and warm as well as the standard pillows just too firm and high. This of course is just personal preference and nothing to fault the hotel for as it is what I know I will encounter at a Premier Inn before booking. Overall the room was clean and everything in working order. Breakfast was the usual good selection and quality at a reasonable price. Where the Premier Inn Ealing stood out for me was the staff. While a limited service hotel everyone from check-in to bar and breakfast went well above and beyond what you, or at least I, would reasonably expect from a Premier Inn. Always friendly and super helpful to everyone even when they had to handle multiple roles like front desk and bar at the same time. Obviously they can’t be in more than one place at the same time but never annoyed or unfriendly when having to rush between places and guests. My compliments to all the staff and the management to give service beyond your standard Premier Inn. So despite some „hardware“ shortcomings even for a Premier Inn the staff makes me rate them at the full 5 things they have here. Will happily return when in the area again.

I’ve just stayed at the Ealing Premier Inn &’I’ve had a fabulous stay. The staff are all lovely & so helpful. In particular Amrit was great. My room was clean & a good size. I would definitely recommend.
