Payment is cash only on-site, however parking can be booked and paid online through the ‘lookingforcarpark’ website. "Great experience"
Amazing experience. Reception staff very friendly. Restaurant staff were lovely. Breakfast and dinner really great. Room 201 was fantastic, lovely view, super clean. Two huge beds. Bathroom was good, nice shower and decent size towels. All round a very positive experience. Would 100% recommend this hotel. Perfect place to stay

Amazing location and the room was very clean. A little dated in reception but not that it matters. Staff were all very polite and welcoming. The beds were amazing and we had great night's sleep every night.

"Chaos at the Hotel: Protesters, Threats, and Zero Security"
The hotel was overrun with protesters. The bars were packed, toilets had queues spilling outside, and I was even threatened for my keycard and called a “lefty C.” With no security at the entrance and thousands of protesters everywhere, we decided to check out and go home.

I stayed here recently and was genuinely impressed. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help without being overbearing. Check-in was quick, and they even gave me a few local recommendations that turned out to be spot on. I’d happily come back and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Set inside the city's historic County Hall – an iconic Grade II listed building – we're just a short walk away from some of the city's main tourist attractions like the London Eye, The London Dungeon and Jubilee Gardens.
