"Super hotel and indian"
Great place to stay. All transport located near by. Found the best indian restaurant two minutes walk called Indian city we had dinner three occasions in row here becuase it was outstanding.
"Perfection achieved"
A benchmark for all hotels to aspire to. Staff that were friendly and made us feel valued. Clean, tidy, comfortable rooms. Quiet side road but ideally placed. A good night's sleep. Fantastic breakfast.
"Relaxing stay but hotel a little tired"
We stayed for two nights in a family room. We were on the lower ground floor which actually meant that our room looked out onto a wall and had limited natural light. The room was quiet and we slept well! The staff were very friendly and there were no queues for breakfast or check in or out. However the hotel did feel a little tired in places compared to other Premier Inns that we have stayed at in London. For example in our room the bathroom had mould and the mirror had seen better days. Also in the stairs and halls there was rubbish on the floor that did not move across our stay. So overall, whilst I would choose other Premier Inns to stay at in London first, I would return and would hope for a higher floor room with better cleaning!
"We will be back soon!"
We didn’t do much research for this trip- we just needed somewhere to play our heads on our trip to London- near to the Theatre district. Premier Inn is always family friendly and good value so we didn’t hesitate to book. The price was reasonable and we knew we would get a nice breakfast etc. I was very impressed. It’s a converted office building set back from the main road. Easy to find from the train/tube station with places around to pick up water and snacks for kids. Our teenager likes Starbucks and Tesco meal deals so was happy as Larry. The staff were excellent! We loved the bag drop and left ours safely with them for 2 days. Happy hour was on when we went back to change before the theatre- brilliant. Prices so reasonable considering it’s in London. Great sleep. Lovely beds and linens. You can hear the trains from the ground floor rooms at night. Didn’t bother us. I enjoyed it. Breakfast service and food was excellent and our teenager ate for free. Full English was just what’s needed before another day of sightseeing. We will be back.
"Great location for getting around London"
Great hotel, clean, lovely big family for 2 adults and 2 children. We didn't feel on top of each other. Great location for getting around London.
