"HOB PREMIER (TOTHILL ST)"
The rooms are very small (2 people max). That being said - they are very clean, staff was always helpful, and the location is great
"A must stay hotel for London"
Excellent hotel, a hidden gem in the heart of London. Excellent staff, food, drink and rooms. Would highly recommend a stay best hotel for a long weekend. Value for money prices of food and drink reasonably priced considering the location. Within walking distance to everything.
"Great experience"
We had a pleasant stay. It was very accessible to key tourist spots and staff were accommodating. The room gives you the facilities you need despite it being small (if you did not book the bigger one).
"Incredible Staff at Hub by Premier Inn – A Lifesaver During Our Trip"
I’ve stayed at many hotels, but none have matched the kindness, warmth, and compassion we experienced at Hub by Premier Inn in London. My fiancé and I had to extend our stay unexpectedly after my passport was stolen while sightseeing, and the entire team here went above and beyond to help us through a really stressful time. They offered us support in so many ways—from letting us use the phone and printing critical documents, to simply showing us empathy, kindness, and understanding when we needed it most. It truly meant the world to us. I wish I could list names to give individual shoutouts, but every single staff member we encountered was incredible. Even though I didn’t catch everyone’s name, please know you all made a lasting impact. We will absolutely stay here again when we return to London, and I’ll be recommending this location to anyone planning a trip. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. ❤️
"Wheelchair users welcome, this hotel is excellent!"
I was on a 6-day trip to London with my son, who is in a wheelchair, and it was important to find a suitable room, so we were beyond satisfied with our stay at the Hub by Premier Inn Westminster Abby hotel. I was happy they had a picture of the bathroom on their website that made our booking much easier, and we got just that. Stayed 5 nights and it was excellent. At the entrance to the hotel, two steps can be lowered and straightened so that the wheelchair can then be lifted to the level of the hotel reception. Very convenient. Upon check-in, we could do it by ourselves as they have a self-checking machine, but I preferred to wait for the lady Tina, who worked at the reception. She was so warm and kind, she explained all we needed to know. We went to our room, and even though it looked small, it had enough space for my son to move and turn around with a wheelchair, and had everything we needed for our stay. The room was fully accessible for a wheelchair user, with wide doors, a huge and very comfortable bed, a bathroom with an accessible shower and a shower seat, and it was superb for our needs. Breakfast was typical British that we wanted to try, and for me, a non-gluten, non-lactose kind of freak, they made breakfast to my taste and needs too. My son was so happy every morning for breakfast, didn't want to change anything, and the pizza we ate one night when we got back from our day trip was delicious. I can't express more satisfaction with this hotel. It is close to all main attractions nearby, within walking distance to anything you'd like to see in London if you are coming for the first time, as we did, and it was an excellent stay at this hotel. I'll look for this hotel wherever I go from now on. Thank you.
