"Perfect location"

Perfect location in the middle of Soho. Close to everything you want, shopping and restaurants. The hotel looks a bit worn and could use a renovation. The room was small, which I knew. There is nowhere to put things. No chair or desk. The windows facing the street are frosted for some reason. The carpet on the floor was dirty. The temperature in the room adjusted itself. The TV turned off every 10 minutes. The bathroom was worn and dirty. Clean towels and good bed/bedding. There was no mobile reception in the hotel. If I was lucky I got EDGE. All in all, a simple hotel for those who do not have such high standards.

"Unpleasant"

Staff dismissive and rude, asked for a towel as only one in room was told they were short staffed and we would have one as soon as they had time, 11 hours later a towel arrived whilst my husband and I were in bed sleeping at 23 30pm Breakfast was sparce, watery scrambled egg, cold bacon, burnt sausage, cold watery beans, toaster wasn't working, there was no mushrooms, hash browns, tomatoes, fried eggs, when I asked I was looked upon as being fussy and needy, there was also no milk in the coffee machine, I was told they would refill it when they had time as they were shorted staffed, there was no cereal available, no pastries, poor choice poor management ignorant staff.
