"Great stay."
Great location right in the center of london yet quiet street with no noise. The room was great decent size. The air conditioning-worked well. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and satisfying. Overall a great experience. Stayed there for eight nights and was worth the decent price.
"Excellent stay with standard team and service"
Had a great stay at hub by Premier Inn in Soho! The hotel is in a perfect location and the rooms are clean and well-designed. I want to give a special thank you to the housekeeping manager unfortunately I didn’t catch her name, she looked Eastern European, but I saw her in the corridor and she was so helpful when I needed extra linen. It’s those small things that really make a difference. Also, Humaira at reception was brilliant super friendly and welcoming, but still very professional throughout. You can tell she genuinely cares about giving great service. Would definitely stay again!
"Great place to stay in Soho"
Amazing location in central Soho, close to shopping, bars and theatres. Fun, contemporary bedrooms that provide everything needed for a short city break. Excellent value breakfast if you can’t be bothered to go out!
"Usually excellent but maybe starting to feel well used"
I've stayed here half a dozen times before and it has always been excellent but unfortunately this time the self check in wasn't working, the mattress felt thin and over used and then woke up very very hot as the air conditioning wasn't working. An uncomfortable and very broken night's sleep sadly.
"Perfect"
Really good stay. Staff helpful. Location is amazing so central. It was 34 degrees in London and hotel and room perfectly air conditioned. Room was spotless, comfortable, quiet, great sleep. A perfect place to stay right bang in soho off a quiet street.
