"June2025 good hotel"
Nice hotel, everything you expect from premier. Parking, comfy bed,air con, breakfast was good. Bathrooms could be better but are servicable.

This Premier Inn delivered the brand’s reliable comfort even if the immediate surroundings were not the most appealing. The room was pristine, the mattress exceptionally supportive, and everything felt fresh and well maintained. Both the hotel team and the adjoining pub staff were attentive and friendly; I only stopped for a drink in the pub yet still received prompt service. Overall, an inviting stay where room quality and hospitality outweighed the less inspiring location.

Very comfortable bed and warm welcoming room with good facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast with plenty of choice
"Better than expected for a Premier Inn!"
I had no great expectations given the location next to a dual carriageway main road, however, although the room I had backed on to the road, the triple glazing reduced vehicle noise to a tolerable level and air conditioning kept the room at a nice temperature. Bed was comfortable, hot water was hot and the hotel was clean. Breakfast is served in the small restaurant section and was better than the usual Premier Inn fare! Staff were friendly and parking was free. Would stay here again if in the area.
"Stands Out From Most"
I don't normally leave a review for Premier Inns as they are normally all of a standard, however this particular one, which we visit fairly regularly, is well above most Premier Inns - staff are always very friendly, and rooms are very clean and well presented. This week we encountered the new chef Craig who produced an excellent breakfast, and went that little bit further to make our meal enjoyable.

A little further afield, you'll find the beautiful Forest Of Dean and the thrills and spills of the Dry Ski Slope at Matson Gloucester. At the end of the day, recharge in one of our comfy beds.
