"Avoid this hotel until renovations are complete and AC is installed."
The hotel had no AC and the temperature of the room was unbearable and we were on the 3rd floor, so heat rises. The room was clearly under construction, missing surfaces and the bath was dirty. i would not recommend or stay here again. Avoid this hotel until renovations are complete and AC is installed.
"Premier Inn Lovely hotel in Grass Essex"
Everything was excellent. The new refurbished rooms are amazing well done Premier Inn Thurrock East. Essex The staff are excellent, very knowledgeable, helpful and respectful likewise with the restaurant opposite 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
"Work trip"
A great refurbished room! I was informed, I'm the first staying in this room since refurbishment. Excellent and pleasant customer service at reception and really helpful. Thank you
"No aircon"
Our room was in the annexe, unfortunately it was during a recent warm period and the room thermometer read 29o. There is no air con, instead a large fan is provided but all this did was recirculate hot air. Worse you could only open the window 1-2 inches - not enough to let air in. We felt very suffocated. So much so we spent half the night in the car just to cool off. Staff were great but there was little they could do to help. Really not fit for purpose and wouldn’t recommend it during warm weather.
"Hot!"
The room was unbearably hot over 30 degrees as the hotel doesn't have air-conditioning. This hotel isnot fit for purpose in hot weather everyone we met there couldn't sleep with some people opting to go sleep in their cars it was so unbearable in the rooms.

Hotel description

Premier Inn Hotel Thurrock East is located just off the M25 making it handy for almost anywhere across London and the South East. You're also within walking distance of Lakeside Shopping Centre, so we're ideal for a spot of shopping. Take the train into London to see the bright lights of the West End. Or stay closer to home and pop into Lakeside or Bluewater, two of Europe's biggest and best shopping centres. There are lots of business venues nearby too, like ExCeL London. After a busy day, come back to some tasty food and a comfy bed in your room.
