"It’s a shame but I won’t go back."
The bed was as expected very comfortable, they had no room was nice , clean and the shower was good. The overall smell of musky staleness throughout the corridor was not great. The breakfast was extremely bad which is surprising for premier inn has. Would I stay again probably not. We were awoken early in the morning by the fire alarm and had to evacuate the hotel, but no member of staff explained what was happening or what procedures we should take. On arrival the receptionist was very kind and helpful

Beds are lovely! I did have an issue but was positively dealt with by the professional and friendly approach from Lee and Courtney. Angie in the breakfast was very friendly and couldnt do more for me. All three people helped make my stay great!

very friendly welcoming staff, comfortable accommodation, easy parking, very hot weather and difficult to ventilate the room but there was a fan in the room that helped a bit. Breakfast was reasonable, a bit limited. A little pricey for the experience but it was better than the two other cheap hotels in the area.
"Play Baton Getaway"
Room Was large. Perfect for our use. Great area. Was great to use facilities next door Harvester,Hollywood Bowl and Sprinkles. I found the double bed to be a bit too high. And the bath leaked everytime after use. Staff were friendly. We used so we could go to Basildon Sporting Village.

Courtney, Suzi, Eammon all amazing helpful happy staff and nothing was too much trouble, anything to make our stay happy such nice people and we would return simply for these people who made our stay so much better. Housekeeping amazing very clean rooms, they also deserve a mention as well. Overall very happy with this premier inn and will definitely stay again when in the area.
