"Extremely Disappointed!"

The reception staff were wonderful, but the room was noisy, being next to a busy road, no usb ports unlike other Premier Inns that I’ve been to. And the meal deal was not worth the extra, small portions, especially the cottage pie, for about £12, it was the size of a microwave meal, and I found a clear piece of thin plastic in the meat! Told the waitress, who just said “Oh gross, sorry!” , took the plate away and didn’t see her again!

Hotel description Only a 10 - 15 minute walk from the city centre, and with easy access to shops and sights, Premier Inn Plymouth (Lockyers Quay) is a great place to drop anchor. And if you're here to work, we're close to key business destinations such as HMS Naval Base and Babcock Marine, and within easy reach of ferry and rail links. You could step back in time on the historic Barbican, then get nose-to-nose with sharks at the National Marine Aquarium. If shopping's your bag, head to Drake Circus. Or, if you're here in August, don't miss the spectacular shows at the National Fireworks Championships on Plymouth Hoe. After a busy day, our tasty restaurant, spacious rooms and extra-comfy beds will be waiting to welcome you.
