    "Excellent Stay"
    Excellent stay close to the motorway. As a solo traveller I decided to have my meal in my room this was no issue to the team and they went out their way to accommodate this request.

    Welcoming staff very friendly restaurant on site absolutely amazing rooms clean and comfortable right off the motorway perfect for travel

    Truly awful customer experience with the least helpful or aware staff ever. Awful. Terrible. Execrable. Horrifying. Unaware. Don’t care. Awful. Awful. Awful. And there’s no electronic check in.
    "Lovely visit over the Cream fields weekend"
    Lovely clean hotel and welcoming staff. Stayed here with some friends for Cream fields the staff could not do enough for us. We had not booked an early check in, but the manager rearranged things and got us in for 11am totally going above and beyond our expectations. All the staff we came across were so friendly and genuinely welcoming. There was a free phone near the entrance that connected you to the local taxi firm but the staff was also giving out other numbers just incase they were fully booked. Will be staying at this one again next year.
