"Tracey on reception"

Everthing I could want from an overnight stay - from the friendly welcome, the very comfortable room, a cool bath at the end of a very hot day and an excellent breakfast the following morning. A special thank you to Tracey and her colleagues for really great service.
"All you need for a night or two."
I was planning to stay overnight in Shrewsbury, but all the hotels there were very expensive. I chose Crewe as the hotel was close to the railway station and the price was much more reasonable. The welcome and check-in was good, the room was fine, and the staff was friendly. There is an adjacent pub style restaurant serving breakfast and dinner. Crewe is not a holiday destination, but this hotel is fine for a night or two.
"Last minute overnight stay "
I arrived on Saturday evening just before 6.30pm. Initially, there was no one on reception, but a short time later a lovely female member of staff arrived and got me checked in. My room, 117 was on the first floor, as is usual with the majority of Premier Inns it was spacious and comfortable. I had a decent night's sleep and a nice breakfast on Sunday morning. I also had dinner at the hotel on Saturday evening , but didn't stay long as there was no one else in. All staff i came across were friendly and welcoming.
"Stay with 2 children"
After being let down with accomadation we booked to stay at premier in with 2 children in tow. I am so glad we booked as we couldn’t fault our stay. Rooms were so clean, beds were so comfy and staff couldn’t be more helpful especially Tracey as she made our stay really special and made such an effort with the children. It’s a perfect location and we will definitely use premier in as our first choice next time. Top tier breakfast too and amazing service from staff
