"Usual comments on air con"
Usual Premier Inn: convenient location and lots of parking. Friendly welcome too. Doesn’t have air con and therefore rooms somewhat warm. Provision of a fan, iced water and ensuring curtains shut and windows open is appreciated. However definitely needs to address this when it’s refurbished.
"Very warm stuffy room"
Room was very warm heater control on wall said 30c and the open window didn't offer any respite and the supplied fan just blew hot air around room. We had to leave the hotel around midnight and drive home instead. Noticed however the reception area was very cool suggesting it was air conditioned! Shocking experience never again would we stay there.
"Great stay"
Lovely stay on a very hot weekend, large fans in all of the rooms we had, staff offered sheets rather than using the duvet and were greeted back at 1 am with ice pops to help combat the heat
"Even the toaster machine was spot on!"
Used a few times as close to family this hotel is always reliably good. No air-con but they'd place a fan in the room ready for us. Without prompting - nice touch on one of the hottest says so far. Simple but excellent breakfast , everything was just right - even the toaster was behaving itself!
"An oasis of calm."
Spotlessly clean room. Reception, hallways & outside area all clean, good first impression. Plenty of free parking spaces, always a plus. Most of the staff were fab, ever so friendly and welcoming, which was great after a 6 hour road trip from hell via the M25. One or two looked like they might have a dental appointment looming tho. Breakfast was very good, especially the sausages. VFM in this day and age. Hassle free check in and a friendly wave on leaving. Will stay again and would recommend .

Then, when it's time to put your feet up, head back to our tasty restaurant and big, comfy beds.
