"Good hotel modern clean..just watch taxi phone "
Great hotel and links ..just watch taxi phone rip off.. Location easy to drive too every 30 mins trains into reading.. air con good. Breakfast good.. Minor thing. Taxi phone and firm in reception is clearly ripping people off. . 30 quid for 4 miles..uber is 14 quid...that's poor..be warned just a rip off..and wrong...
"Great premier inn."
Great premier inn on the outskirts of Reading, clean comfy room. Didn’t have much contact with reception staff as we self checked in but the breakfast staff were great. Looking to stay at this premier inn now on our frequent visits to Reading.
"Pam at front desk makes this hotel"
After a week from hell and no availability of hotels in Reading due to an event been on. All hotels were up 200% and availability was non existent. Popped in on the off chance on Tuesday night to see if i could get a room. Unfortunately the price just didn't work. However Pam at the front desk was fantastic. Looking at every possible option to try and help me. On that alone i seen availability tonight and tomorrow and booked immediatly. Prices still high due to the event but again bumped in to Pam who just made everything helpful. I made a mistake with my initial booking which she help me correct. And overall an absolute pleasure to speak to. It is a dying breed to have someone so helpful and genuine. This breeds loyalty. Working down here a couple of days a week on Pam alone i will try make this my first stop if the financials make sense. The hotel itself is good. Food is great at bar and block. Rooms are comfy Premier inn standard. Location perfect to train station. Just hope the rates are workable. Thanks Pam
"Probably the best Premier Inn I've stayed at."
I stayed at the Premier Inn Winnersh from February to June on business. The team at the Premier Inn were great. Especially the Breakfast Crew, who knew my order by heart. The Evening crew in the Bar and Block were always cheerful and attentive, and it was always busy and the food was good. A big shout out to the whole restaurant crew. Any issues with the room (and they were minor) were dealt with quickly and efficiently by reception. I have stayed at many Premier Inns, and I consider this the best I have stayed at.

Lovely hotel, nice rooms, lovely restaurant. Shame about the breakfast, poor quality. The evening meal was decent, and the staff were friendly.
