Slough hotel

I would like to say thank you very much To all of the staff at premier Inn Slough We have unfortunately been moved out of our house due to a mass flood we was staying over 1 month here and we have been very well looked after and made to feel at at home and the staff have interacted with our son who has special needs we could not ask for a better service and care shown towards all my family has not gone unnoticed thank you so much and I would like to say a big thank you to how do you? How do you spell your name snezhana Pradeep Sandeep they have been amazing Through out our stay the food has always been presented so well we would highly recommend the hotel to everyone for a great stay

Wonderful breakfast/dinner. Served very nicely. The staff are amazing, very very polite and respectful. Always there with there help and very kind to each and every person, Highly recommend this hotel for any occasion of stay.

We’ve been here since august due to a flood at our home and all i can say is Amazing, tasty breakfast & dinner. Very Polite, Amazing, kind staff. Amazing service. Always putting a smile on our faces & always there to help when it’s needed. We’ve been to many hotels within the last 3 years and this has been the best hotel by far. Grown to feel like our home.

As soon as we walked in the door we were asked several times to book dinner and breakfast then when we didn’t even know what was on the menu for dinner. We were told it’s very busy, however, when we went down for dinner there was only 2 other tables being used. We went for a walk which we regretted as we were fearing for our lives when we were out there and didn’t actually feel any safer having a drink as there were homeless people walking in having a go at the staff for not letting them use the toilet. I had my 1 year old with me so this was just frightening. Then after dinner there were more people causing a scene over the fact they were told it was too busy for them to have a table but most were actually empty. We booked for 2 nights but only stayed for 1 as the room was just in a state. Clean but needed painting and the toilet kept filling up after flushing. The tv didn’t support any sort of hdmi from my laptop or a fire stick. My dinner was actually really enjoyable and the lady serving us was very friendly but didn’t put the children’s menu through properly because apparently I needed to order her dessert when I ordered her main which wasn’t actually made clear at the start otherwise I would of done so. They wanted to charge me for a fruit pot separately. I was told I needed to pay for my parking up front with the machine even though it says to pay when you leave which would of suited us as we only stayed for one night but paid for 2 nights parking. Lots of little things and the fact that it still felt unsafe I will never return.

Nice comfortably experience to stay here. Especially, when we have encountered a little bit problem to have our breakfasts, thank staff Snezhana, she is friendly and solve our problem and let us have an sumptuous vegetarian breakfasts.
