    From M4 jct 5 follow A4 towards Slough/Langly for approx 3 miles. At next roundabout exit onto A412 Uxbridge Road. Continue past Hotel for 150 metres, turn right at traffic lights, rejoin carriageway. The hotel is then 150 metres back on the left. sat nav post code SL1 1SG.

    "Hotel ok, although quite tired looking. Breakfast was terrible."
    We have stayed in many Premier Inns and unfortunately this was not the best. The staff on check in were friendly enough and the room seemed clean, had plenty of towels and extra pillows. The ‘children’s’ beds were pretty uncomfortable so not a great nights sleep on those. We also had the usual issue of inconsiderate people allowing doors to slam and generally being noisy when returning to rooms in the middle of the night. In the morning we had booked into the breakfast in the restaurant which is in the hotel. We have had many ‘Premier Inn breakfasts’ and this was probably the worst. The hot food was barely warm and had been clearly sat under the heat lamps for a while looking at how shriveled up the eggs were. The hash browns were soft and not good at all. After not being able to eat half of the cooked breakfast, which was quickly cold! I opted for a pain au chocolat, this was sadly over baked and dry, so another disappointment. It was very handy for Legoland which is where we were heading for the day. Unfortunately we will not be returning to this hotel through choice!

    Worst Premier Inn We have stayed in. Poor staff - no one seems to know what they're doing! We waited over 20 minutes for drinks, food was very average. Little to no allergy awareness. I ended up with Greek yoghurt and berries for breakfast. The allergy file was left with my son in law but staff did not return to take my order. Hotel seems to be very poorly run and staff are in desperate need of training. I worked in hospitality for many years and everything we holiday in the UK we use Premier Inn, this is by far the worst one we have stayed in. Bedroom - 2 adults 2 children. TV signal very poor, not enough towels, no choice of thinner summer duvets for double bed. About 6 inch gap between beds so I struggled to gain access to bed ( I have mobility issues) Car park - managed to get a spot both days. -
    "Brilliant staff"
    Second time staying here, and the service was exceptional from all the staff again, a special mention for Francisco and Aman who made our stay pleasant and carefree with there helpful and friendly attitude. Cannot rate staff highly enough. Hotel was also clean and comfortable. Food also delicious.

    Reasonable hotel. Friendly staff. Expect a 3 star or below service (You get what you pay). Not recommended for longer stays, if you are not tight on budget.

    Bed was comfy, room was clean and food quality was delicious. The staff services were excellent. I would highly recommend staying here if you're looking to stay locally to visit Legoland or Windsor Castle. It is very family friendly and the location is very convenient.

    Hotel description

    Slough. And Premier Inn really is the perfect place to break the journey. Minutes away from the motorway network and Slough train station, you can zoom into London, or scoot around the sights nearby. Which royal residence would you like to visit? In under an hour you're in Paddington, with Buckingham Palace just up the road. But Windsor is even closer, and there's Legoland too. Wherever you're headed, return to your own palace here at Slough, with comfy beds and a Thyme restaurant too.
