Slough West (Slough Trading Estate) hotel

Would rate 0 ! I booked two rooms at Premier Inn Slough specifically for my sister’s wedding so she and the bridesmaids could get ready in comfort. At the time of booking, I explained that we would need to check out later than 12pm and was assured over the phone that it would not be an issue, that a note would be placed on the booking, and not to worry. On the day, this promise meant absolutely nothing. At 12pm, housekeeping barged into the rooms, including the bride’s room, and rudely demanded that we leave immediately. My sister, in the middle of getting ready, was wearing a very heavy bridal outfit and was being pushed to pack up and move. The same happened to the bridesmaids’ room, with staff showing no respect, no care, and no understanding whatsoever. When I went to reception to explain the situation, I was met with complete unhelpfulness and a dismissive attitude. I even offered to pay extra for a late check-out, but they simply did not care. The housekeeping staff across the floor were incredibly rude, and the whole experience was chaotic and stressful when it should have been calm and happy. This was supposed to be one of the most important mornings of my sister’s life. Instead, it was ruined by the lack of basic compassion and organisation from this hotel. If I had been told at the time of booking that late check-out was not possible, I would never have chosen this place. The fact that we were misled, then treated so poorly, is disgraceful. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone and will never return. A wedding morning should not be remembered for stress caused by staff who simply did not care.

Absolutely amazing service as always from the best customer service representative I’ve encountered. Rosey consistently makes our visits extra special—her warm smile, friendly conversation, and genuine hospitality are the reasons why everyone from our business chooses the Premier Inn Slough for food and drinks. She truly goes above and beyond every time. Rosey is a fantastic asset to the team and a real credit to Premier Inn.

Want to say the service received from Rosie on a number of occassions has been nothing short of exemplary. Always presents a smile and attentivesness.

An exceptional employee by the name of Rosie makes this the place to visit. Fantastic service morning day and night and nothing is ever too much trouble. Rosie is one of the politest most exceptional ppl we have constantly had the privilege to be served by.

Had a fantastic experience in premier inn.......served by Cheryl .....welcoming staff..the service was incredibly attentive and friendly. I'd highly recommend ..great atmosphere
