    "Family beach holiday"
    Hotel and adjacent restaurant/bar staff including Miguel the hotel manager so helpful, nothing too much trouble. Comfortable family room lots of space, clean and well ventilated. Breakfast really good, hot food made to order so arrived hot/fresh. Buffet style for other items. Free car park. Close to boscombe pier and beach. Some aspects of building (eg bathroom and exterior paint work) a bit tired but for the price we paid happy to accept that. Would stay again.

    Miguel and his staff were brilliant and the hotel was warm, comfortable and within a short distance from the beach. My room was spotlessly clean. The restaurant was next door (attached) and provided the usual splendid breakfast, as well as evening meals. There is a free car park on site.

    Very friendly staff. They were very helpful when asked for recommendations for places to visit. Room was extremely comfortable and quiet. Clean and tidy. Shower was superb. The pub attached could do with a lick of paint on the outside. But that's just cosmetic. Overall an utterly pleasant place to stay.
    "Not great..."
    There was no one on reception when we arrived. We had to walk around to the bar as the service bell was being ignored. When we got to our room the bathroom sink plug was broken so we couldn't drain the water and we had to clean our teeth over the bath.
    "A brilliant find"
    We have just returned from a 2 night stay here. The staff were all friendly, helpful and welcoming. We parked our car earlier in the day and checked that was ok, the chap on reception made sure we were at the right Premier Inn as there are a fair few in Bournemouth, then we left our car details on the system. Walked to Boscombe Pier which took about 10 minutes through Boscombe Chine Garden. The room we had was huge! We could have had a disco in the middle. Lovely big bathroom too. All was clean and tidy and spot on for what we needed. We had dinner in the attached pub one night which was great and very handy. The outside could do with a lick of paint, but frankly that didn’t put me off at all! I would 100% stay again!
